The Services are operated by Muhammad Wilayat Shah, a software engineer based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Website presents professional information, a portfolio of software projects, a technical blog, and a contact channel. Apps are software products for business, education, delivery, healthcare, utilities, and related use cases.

Software products published on Google Play and the Apple App Store, including utility, business, and operations apps developed by Muhammad Wilayat Shah (for example dictionary tools, delivery operations, and related mobile clients connected to web platforms).

Google Play: Downloads and in-app purchases on Android are subject to Google Play Terms of Service.

Apple App Store: Downloads on iOS are subject to Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple App Store terms applicable in your region.

Your use of an App is also subject to the applicable app store’s terms, billing rules, and refund policies. In-app purchases or subscriptions, where offered, are processed by Google or Apple unless clearly stated otherwise in the App.

Some Apps connect to web-based platforms hosted on domains other than wilayats.com. Use of those platforms may be subject to separate terms provided by the organization operating that deployment.

Where an App or admin area requires an account, you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services (including malware, scraping at abusive rates, or denial-of-service).

The Website design, text, logos, blog posts, code samples, and other materials are owned by Muhammad Wilayat Shah or used with permission, unless otherwise credited. Open-source components and third-party libraries remain subject to their respective licenses. Project names and trademarks of clients or partners belong to their respective owners.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUHAMMAD WILAYAT SHAH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE RELEVANT APP OR SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muhammad Wilayat Shah from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may restrict access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Islamabad, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
